All subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method each month. Users must adopt fair use behavior; accounts using the Service excessively or abusively may be terminated.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months, except as required by law.

5. Accounts

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Sharing accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service lawfully and without infringing on others’ rights. Prohibited behaviors include:

• Impersonating any person or entity
• Uploading viruses, worms, or malicious code
• Attempting to bypass or manipulate AI tools outside intended use

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemiAI and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
